Quick & Easy Butt Workout

We all have those days when we just want to lay in bed all day.  Here is a good way to get your daily exercise requirement even though you never leave your bed.

A)     Begin by lying on the floor, facedown with your palms facing the floor. Extend your legs and your arms straight out.

B)      Raise your right arm six to eight inches off the floor, while doing this raise the opposite left at the same time. Switch arms and legs lifting the alternate arms and legs. Switch each leg and arm about 10 -15 times.

C)      Rest and Relax, try to get around 15 repetitions in.

This is a great and easy workout that can be done any time when you are just laying around on the couch or in the bed.
