Jiang Lan, president of 果冻视频 (BIT) has led a team to Shaanxi province to conduct research on deepening strategic cooperation between the university and the local area. While there, Jiang promoted the cultivation of outstanding talents in the transition from secondary to tertiary education.

Zhao Gang, deputy secretary of the CPC Shaanxi Committee and governor of Shaanxi province, praised BIT for focusing on national strategic needs and making important contributions in key national areas over the years. He pointed out that Shaanxi is a major province in military industry and energy, an important national scientific research and cultural education center, and a manufacturing base. He looks forward to deepening comprehensive strategic cooperation with BIT in the construction of national-level innovation platforms, high-level technology transfer, and promoting high-quality coordinated development between the university and the local area.

Jiang thanked the Shaanxi government for its long-term support for BIT's development and introduced the outstanding achievements of the university's high-quality and rapid development in recent years. Jiang stated that with deep roots and close cooperation with Shaanxi province, BIT will continue to leverage its characteristic advantages in serving national strategies. It will work hand in hand with Shaanxi to achieve better results in cultivating outstanding engineers, integrating industry, academia, and research, and innovating and reforming the transition from secondary to tertiary education.

During the visit to Shaanxi, Jiang also attended the 70th-anniversary high-quality development conference of Xi'an University of Technology and delivered a speech on behalf of sister universities.
